Kern Partnership for Children and Families

  • A local non-profit organization
  • Supported by business, the Department of Human Services, and community partners
  • Raises funds for those unmet needs of Kern County foster children and low- income families.

Your support helps with:

  • School supplies and graduation incentives
  • Housing and household items for foster youth
  • Permanent homes and “forever families”
  • Holiday Cottage gifts for foster children
  • Emergency funds
  • Services for pregnant and parenting teens
  •  Needed Support for the Jamison Children's Center
  • Scholarships for our youth
  • Sponsor driving school for foster youth

This year is a lot different for all of us. One thing that remains the same is children in foster care count on us to bring a little brightness and love into their lives during this special season. In 2020, the Kern Partnership for Children and Families Foundation will be supporting the Department of Human Services with the first VIRTUAL Holiday Cottage. Please consider joining us in support of making Christmas morning a special one for many of our local foster children.
